Radiant Business Solutions and Services LLC (RBS) was founded in 2010 with the objective of supporting the development and progress of Oman's construction and oil and Gas Industry. The Company started its activities with the execution of technical manpower supply to oil and gas industry along with consultancy and training to the industry needs and have executed and commissioning of several industrial business requirement in the country.

RBS employs employees Qualified and highly skilled and trained people including management cadre, skilled supervisory staff and technicians comprising Oman nationals and expatriates. Since formation of the company, RBS has played both large and small role in various projects and consultancy services that came up in the country. In the last three years, it has also developed and diversified effectively in the field of project management with its renowned clientele viz Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), Oman Gas Company(OGC), Oman Refinery and Petro Chemical company(Orpic), OXY and several other contracting companies across Oman etc.

RBS has successfully executed many consultancy and technical manpower supply projects by way of planning, designing, execution, auditing, testing and commissioning. The company's core area of specialization has been in Construction, management services for all systems, internal auditing, lead auditor training, vendor audits, and technical manpower supply.
